Hi! Jay here, Owner and Operator of AllCraft Construction.

I wasn’t always a builder, I actually started in sales within the building industry. I’d always wanted to work more with my hands and had the vision of running my own company. I began my building apprenticeship in 2005 and, once my training was complete, began doing work for a group home builder within Wellington. When the opportunity presented itself to start my own business I jumped at it. I founded AllCraft Construction in 2008, just me and a van.

15 years on, AllCraft Construction has expanded to three Wellington-based crews handling all sorts of jobs from architecturally designed new builds to single room renovations and from retaining walls to gate installations. Our team is big enough to put the grunt work in on larger projects, but small enough so that you, the client, don’t feel like just a number.

We like to make sure that you feel heard through all stages of the project, we pride ourselves on great, open communication with every client and we dedicate a project manager so that you’ll only have to deal with one person – after all, we know how stressful builds can get! No matter what the job, you can guarantee that our team will be motivated, diligent in every aspect of the task and will complete the job to the highest standard of workmanship.
